Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:



Ingredients Quantity
Chicken drumsticks 6 pieces
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tbsp
Paprika 2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Ground ginger 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil for frying



Instructions:


  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, white pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. In another mixing bowl, combine the milk and water. Mix well.
  4. Dip each chicken drumstick in the milk mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour and set it aside on a plate.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining chicken drumsticks.
